Backend Development for Surveys Module

Overview

Developed a surveys module to gather structured feedback from customers and staff. Integrated with Infoboard, handbook and messages for a consistent feedback loop.

Responsibilities

• Domain model: question types, campaigns, audience targeting
• REST API for creation, publishing and management
• Role/policy‑driven access with privacy and pseudonymisation
• Aggregations, filters and CSV/Excel exports

Implementation

• Laravel‑based modular backend on MySQL
• AuthZ/authN, CSRF and SQLi protection
• Idempotent writes, optimised queries for realtime reporting
• Event‑based integration with platform modules
