Overview

LinkedIn Ads are a core B2B channel, but reporting often takes more time than optimisation. This project builds an automated pipeline that pulls campaign data on a schedule, calculates KPIs centrally and delivers them in a clear dashboard.

Scope

  • Automated retrieval of campaign, ad and performance data via the LinkedIn Ads API
  • Central KPI logic in n8n (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions) including data cleanup
  • Store the processed data in Google Sheets as a historical source of truth
  • Looker Studio dashboard with filters, time comparisons and consistent KPIs

  • Manual CSV exports and multiple spreadsheet versions
