Logs, metrics, alerts and performance tuning in production.

Performance is more than a Lighthouse score. It determines whether users stay, whether Google crawls content reliably and whether a checkout or form is even used. Especially for content sites and commerce, speed has a direct impact on conversion and visibility.

I optimise performance end‑to‑end—from frontend to API, database and infrastructure. The work is driven by measurements: Core Web Vitals, real user monitoring (RUM) and clear benchmarks, so improvements are not based on guesswork.

Diagnose before you optimise

We start with a proper analysis: which pages are affected, which devices and regions, and which resources are critical. From that we build a prioritised roadmap that balances effort and impact, combining quick wins with structural improvements.

Iterative improvements

Many issues can be solved with better image pipelines, code splitting, caching and cleaner data fetching. In more complex systems the bottlenecks are often API latency, queue throughput, database indexes or architectural patterns that don’t handle peaks well. Each change is made measurable and safe to deploy.

Monitoring and sustainable performance

To avoid regressions after the project, I set up dashboards, alerts and performance checks in the deployment pipeline. Tools like WebPageTest, Lighthouse, SpeedCurve and Sentry help detect issues early. The result is a loop of measuring, improving and safeguarding.

Performance work pays twice: better UX and stronger rankings. If you want stable Core Web Vitals or need a shop that handles campaign peaks, we can identify the highest‑impact fixes together.
